We love the vibe and charisma of Purple Bagel! The service is great and the food is amazing. Michael is fast, friendly, and helpful when you have a hard time choosing because there’s some seriously yummy options. It’s exactly what you need to start your morning off wonderfully!

Since I’ve discovered this place, it has become a part of my weekly routine. I love starting my weekends with a BEC from them. I love NY Bagels and this is as close as it gets to that in the urban core area here in Jacksonville. The service is always great, the food is plenty and the bacon is always crispy. 10/10

One of the best bagels I've had in a long time!!! I got the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It came out really fast, piping hot and served with a smile!!! Michael was so friendly, knowledgeable and made some great recommendations! I'll definitely be back!!!

This bagel shop is REALLY good. I had the lox bagel ($13). It came with an incredibly soft bagel and smooth, rich, decadent plain cream cheese. Best plain cream cheese I’ve tasted! It was also topped with a good portion of smoked salmon, tomato, capers, and red onions. Very good a filling sandwich, full for hours. The employee, Mike was a pleasure and a funny guy. My sister created her own with plain cream cheese, sausage, and onions. She enjoyed hers as well and couldn’t finish in one sitting because it was very filling. It’s really nice to have shops like this in the Springfield area. Will definitely come back to try other menu items.

I’m a sucker for a good bacon, egg, and cheese and when I saw Purple Bagel had one on the menu, I didn’t walk… I ran. I was having coffee right across the street and knew I needed food after, so this was perfect timing. Chrys was absolutely excellent. They just had their grand opening on Monday, and the space is beautiful painted murals throughout, plus a whole seating area behind the counter that you don’t notice at first, also filled with murals. Bonus: their sister restaurant, Tula Bistro, is literally right next door. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, and the first thing I asked was if the eggs were freshly scrambled (I’m very serious about good eggs). Chrys assured me she always makes them fresh and prepares the food the way she’d want to eat it herself and it showed. The sandwich was amazing. I ate every single bite, no crumbs left. So excited to see what’s next for Purple Bagel. Definitely coming back!
